Marcus Jenkins<p>Not all 'induction compatible' cookware is created equal. I was cooking yesterday and it was taking hours. Then, because the sauté pan was overflowing, I switched the food to a stainless saucepan. Boy, it was like hitting the "rocket" button.</p><p>This 28cm <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/lidl" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>lidl</span></a> 'induction compatible' pan is going for recycling. It's mostly aluminium with a little iron. Paying an extra $20 gets you a unit with better controls and heating surface.</p><p>Nuwave is another great brand.
