Best of luck to the new Hoosiers basketball coach. There is a lot of flux right now, but I think it's safe to say that the strategy of paying a coach gazillions of dollars to find the best players willing to play for free is over. Players will have to be enticed with NIL cash, and lots of it, since Indiana has no natural advantages like oceans or mountains, and plenty of obstacles like bad government and racism. We'll see what happens.

What gutted #iubb this season was a systemic coaching breakdown. Not just tactics, but players.
Mike Woodson had all that money to throw around, and screwed up the transfer portal.
