Tiny surprise restock! A few of the plants that ran out of stock over the month have grown enough for me add more to the shop at the last minute - including Callisia repens 'Kribo'.

There's only one day left to order! The shop will close first thing in the morning (UK time) on 1st April. There's always a flurry of orders near the end so it might take a couple of weeks for all the orders to get shipped out after that.

Seeds are so weird! I put these fresh collected seeds into a bag together in July 2024. They've spent almost ten months doing absolutely nothing through all my experiments - light, dark, warm, cool... And now suddenly they're all sprouting at once, it's like magic.

My sis gave me a tip of pruning away the center leaves of my Streptocarpus ‘Pretty Turtle’ to encourage blooming so I did. And looks like it was going to start blooming soon anyway.

Now it has more space for flowers.

Can't wait, it's a gorgeous little purple flower and it's only ever made one since I've had it. This guy was still just a leaf cutting a year ago and now it's five separate plants.

My Drosera aliciae soaking up the afternoon sun behind my kitchen window. Loving how the light makes the dewdrops sparkle! This little carnivore is always ready for a snack.

My "Krinkle 8" Hoya plant in my office is blooming again. Because hoyas are pollinated by nocturnal moths, they tend to give off a powerful scent at night rather than by day. In the evening, my office fills with the scent of chocolate covered cherries, which (to my nose anyway) is exactly what the Krinkle8's blooms smell like.
