Someone just asked us to train a couple of horses. They are asking our fees.

I am over the moon, I always wanted to do this.

I am absolutely petrified, will I be good enough?

Poppy Longtravel has come from far away to visit Spot. She was on the road for about 4 days to get to us.

Poppy is a 13 year old arabian and a good girl.

Spot will be very pleased.

Back in April we sold Tiny Pants to a woman in Queensland who a couple of horses and had some plans for this good girl.

We started hearing rumours a couple of months later and finally started digging in early October. Things turned out to be bad news but a bit of luck swung our way and we were able to buy her back.

Tiny came home this afternoon and is busy eating and running around. In a day or so we will give her the once over twice and get her back on track.

We have a few horse things happening over the next week or two.

We begin with Twiggy. I am starting her this week and already she has a saddle on. She is also learning long lining.

Twigathey is a fast learner and a good girl....
For a four year old

Spot is hanging out and wondering when he can visit a mare who wants a bit of lovin.

While he doesn't mind talking to Ariel, it's just, well, she used to want good lovin and now she just wants to talk.

Big Ariel is wondering when she can go and hang out with Nev and Barbie. She is a bit over living with a stallion.

noch ist Weidezeit, aber bald ist es damit wohl vorbei.
Im Aktiv-Stall (Paddock-Trail) haben die Pferde aber trotzdem genug Bewegung.
Herr Renter-Pony ist etwas zu dünn für die Jahreszeit, mal schauen, wie wir durch den Winter kommen.
Alt werden ist echt nix für Feiglinge.

Skippy has been throwing his weight around at dinner time and learning that it's not a great idea. He was very subdued today but no less bossy.

Before Willow, there was Miss Lena Bean, pictured here, cuddling with my daughter.

I had Lena for 2 1/2 years before she returned to her previous owner because she had some physical issues that meant she needed a different lifestyle.

She was a sweet little baby off the track thoroughbred, and so beautiful.

Big Casey has left the building. She has been with us a few years and given us 2 foals.

She is off to Murrurundi to breed with an arab stallion.

Buzz Lightbeer enrolled in float school today. He was unimpressed that there were no other horses to play with.
