I'm not someone who recommends buying a top of the line RTX card, except for two reasons:

- You don't often upgrade your computer.
- You do require the performance for 4K.

Most PC builders will be happy with a high-end mainstream RTX, and save for the next generation. A top of the line RTX will outlive the next generation by pure brute force.

Unless the availability and price is disruptive, I'll still prefer a laptop with an RTX.

My guess? Navi 44 will appear on lower-end models. The 9070M XT and 9080M will appear at the $1,800 markup. Otherwise is DOA.

You know what? I'm not giving a shit about graphics cards anymore.

If you get one at MSRP, great for you. If not, #XboxSeriesS with #GamePass, #PlayStation5 or #SteamDeck and call it a day.

Hell, even a laptop will work for you.

The "D" is for "Disappointment" in #AMD. The cheers lasted a day or two. Now they're back into upselling #RTX.

I expect this being their last high-end gaming card of the decade. I can see them focusing on anything below $500, because over that it's all NVIDIA territory.

I have more hopes on Intel rather than AMD at this point.

Ouch, the out of MSRP the #RX9070XT will become just an NVIDIA upsell.
