This seems to be a page about transparent frames you can include in your designs in PSP. For some reason the creator has included a rainbow gradient in each of the frames previews, gradient that shows where the image is actually transparent. In other words, the page looks like gallery of framed gradients.

The text above the gallery says: "Stuff 4 PSP"

Click on the frame sample to download the zipped frame. Gradient showing on samples is not included with zipped frame. These frames were made with PSP version 8 updated, but I am still using some of these with Corel's Paint Shop Pro Photo X2.. but, as with anything these days, nothing is a 'for sure'... try them, there's a good chance they'll be fine with the newer versions.

I made all of these frames because I wanted something a little different than "normal" so please don't include them in any collections or offer them for sale.
