weird thing that bothers me, may be a hot take:
but like, why do people say "gender reveal" for a soon-to-be-born baby?
like, we know gender to be a person's feeling about like, social tendencies and appearance. how do we know this for a child that isn't even born?
wouldn't "sex reveal" be more accurate since it's literally about what can be seen through the ultrasound?
would genuinely like people's thoughts on this.
