it appears to be #EuroCarParts and #GSF (both owned by USA #LKQ group) that are leaking data to #Facebook about me working on more than one car (I'm not sure what they gain from doing so, as FB is equally likely to suggest ads for one of their competitors)

Can anyone involved with the #MicroG project comment on whether it is only "partially" open source as some claim? (blog.privacyguides.org/2022/04)

Edit: I should have read the article more closely. The binary blob is optional and off by default, so IMO, the whole debate against MicroG is aughable, unless you have a compatibility problem, which is definitely possible, though it probable. Sandboxed GSF has its pros and cons, too.
