We're trying to help another agency migrate their GIS data to our system. This should not be difficult.

BUT.

Every question I ask about the existing system is answered in one of two ways:

1. A former third party contractor was responsible for that, and they didn't give us any information.
2. We were hoping *you* could tell *us*!
