#OTD am 28.02.2022 - 6 Wochen nach der Einlieferung auf die Intensivstation - war ich weiterhin in der #Frühreha, konnte aber schon mehrere Stunden täglich im Rollstuhl sitzen.

At the end of a long day of #bioinformatics I've confirmed that I can cut my sequencing depth by half in the next round of sampling. Which means costs drop by half as well!
By tomorrow we'll see if we can cut by another half again.

BIG study out, on Long-Covid in South Koreans & Japanese. Most common adverse neuropsychiatric results are cognitive deficit (brain aging), insomnia, anxiety disorder, encephalitis, ischaemic stroke, mood disorder, & Guillain-Barré syndrome. Risks were strongest in first 6 months but persisted *up to* a year after infection in South Koreans & *over* a year in Japanese. Those vaccinated had lower severity of symptoms.
