Il représente plutôt l'affirmation politique du droit du citoyen en tant qu'il a la responsabilité et le droit de contribuer au travail collectif : il faut enrichir la citoyenne de la souveraineté sur le travail.

On invente le : "chômage des jeunes" pour les victimiser : on dramatise le taux de chômage des jeunes (près de 30%), mais pour faire oublier le poids réel du chômage chez les jeunes (70% sont étudiants, les jeunes chômeurs ne représentent que 10% des jeunes) et pour faire accepter aux jeunes des petits boulots, des conditions de travail précaire : la rémunération légitime devient la rémunération à l'acte, à la facture.
