Just… Josh :BlobCatTrashed:<p>Since I have been playing with <a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/gnomeos" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>GnomeOS</span></a>, I went back to my main distro (<a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/nobara" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Nobara</span></a>) to change things up a bit on my desktop (aka tweak the top bar and dock).<br><br>I think I am gonna stay with a light themed desktop for awhile. In addition, I am trying to see if I can comfortably get away with a minimal doc; maybe eventually move to no dock. In my head, the idea of mono tasking seems like a noble effort.<br><br>Anywho, here is a quick screen grab of my Nobara Gnome DE setup along with the cursory <a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/fastfetch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fastfetch</span></a> info displayed like the good ol <a href="https://polymaths.social/tags/neofetch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Neofetch</span></a> layout.</p>

I moved the 13inch #Macbook over to #Fedora and all is working right. After the install I needed to add a few third-party repositories and I was able to get wifi working like a charm.
Also having #Flatpak ready to go and being able to view "non-free" apps in Gnome Software was a pleasant change.
Hopefully this works out well for this "elder" computer and I wont have to leave any time soon. Below is the obligatory #Fastfetch screenshot.

Playing around with KDE's kde-builder tool on Haiku, after the first attempts things look pretty good in shape.
For those interested, I've wrote down some steps on how to set this up for haiku at:

#fastfetch cannot find my config file.
I mean, it didn't move or anything, it's still at ~/.config/fastfetch/
But now my cool functions don't work. |: (

En passant mon ordinateur secondaire à #NixOS je me suis mis à tester des logiciels alternatifs :
- #zenbrowser au lieu de #librewolf
- #fish au lieu de #zsh
- #starship au lieu de #spaceship
- #fastfetch au lieu de #neofetch
Et ces changements sont également très agréables !

There isn't a knob for turning sixel on/off in the port, so it's unlikely to be down to solely the way that it was built.
