Rosy<p>There is a lot of anime on vk but for some reason Russian anime fans dub over the original audio. Like, you will hear the Japanese voices and a slightly louder Russian voice on top. And sometimes all the voices are done by one dude in a monotome voice. Why? Why the fuck would you do this instead of adding subtitles?
