Tamara<p>Harvested 10.5 kg of <a href="https://aus.social/tags/Yacon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Yacon</span></a> tubers. Dehydrated some (delicious) and juiced the remainder to make syrup. Reduced 4 litres of juice to 500 mL syrup. This will be used as a sweetener and can also be used to activate yeast.
