Mein Verein hat leider immer noch eine FB-Fanpage. Man fragt sich nun, ob die Fanpage der Nutzung auch widersprechen muss? Finde dazu keinerlei Informationen. Das gleiche Vorgehen wie bei einem persönlichen Nutzerkonto führt zu einer "Not found"-Seite.

Intriguingly if you post a link to a #mastodon post with an image to #facebook it can preview the image - but only if you add some additional text with the link ("x" in this example from a post made by @metacosm )
Looks like FB still can't be convinced to show a text post's preview in a similar way though sadly.
Other tools (e.g. Slack) manage to preview posts "properly" whether just text or with an image .as long as it's a link on the original server ...

@roofjoke "Toll" ist, dass man zwar der Verwendung von Daten widersprechen kann, die #meta per #facebook oder per #instagram erhoben hat, jedoch nicht der Verwendung von Daten, die per #whatsapp erhoben wurden. Ganz abgesehen davon, dass wohl kaum kontrollierbar ist, ob Meta den Widerspruch befolgt. Meine Hoffnung ist, dass das viele dumme Zeug, was auf Facebook und Instagram sowie auf WhatsApp kommuniziert wird, zur absoluten Verblödung jeder damit trainierten KI führt. #dsgvo #gdpr
