I've been doing <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/exercises" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>exercises</span></a> for the past week. medium to high intensity according to my smart watch (based on heart rate ranges). the <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/intermittent" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>intermittent</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/fasting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fasting</span></a> routine is now well established, I start feeling hungry just shortly before the end. losing <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/weight" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>weight</span></a> trend is now lower than previous weeks, but I already feel that I am slowly getting in shape. I signed up for <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/swimming" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>swimming</span></a> classes to be done once a week. generally I feel good 😊</p>
