Ruth<p>Jongste zoon ging vandaag alleen met de trein naar Groningen en ik vond dat, een jaar na zijn epilepsiechirurgie, best een big deal. Ruth<p>Goedemorgen allemaal, het afbouwen van de medicatie verloopt bij de puber op dit moment niet zo vlotjes. Van rare episodes &#39;s nachts tot migraine-achtige hoofdpijn en vermoeidheid overdag. Hij ondervindt er zoveel hinder van dat hij nauwelijks naar school kan. Ruth<p>We namen vandaag de puber mee op sleeptouw (maar stiekem was het andersom), hij fietste een hoodpijnvrij rondje van een dikke anderhalf uur, en voor het eerst na z&#39;n <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/Epilepsiechirurgie" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>Epilepsiechirurgie</span></a> was dat zónder restklachten en dat geeft de burger moed! Ruth<p>Z&#39;n toekomst ziet er rooskleurig uit en de operatie is achter de rug, maar het herstel duurt lang, veel langer dan hij hoopte.
