JillAfter finishing the <a href="https://NerdJoy.social/tags/kdrama" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#kdrama</a> <a href="https://NerdJoy.social/tags/DaliAndTheCockyPrince" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#DaliAndTheCockyPrince</a> I rated it an 8/10. It was fine. Kim Min-Jae was delightful when he hammed it up. The gallery coworkers were mostly interesting and not just played for laughs. It felt a little heavy-handed on some moralizing.

JillOk, I avoided watching the <a href="https://NerdJoy.social/tags/kdrama" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#kdrama</a> <a href="https://NerdJoy.social/tags/DaliAndTheCockyPrince" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#DaliAndTheCockyPrince</a> even though multiple people said it was great, because i thought the name was dumb. It made me think it'd be some silly Aladdin thing, maybe?But I've binged 11/16 episodes in 5 days and the first 2 or 3 days was trying to get past the awkward shirtless scene in ep 1 and 2.

Whoosh<a href="https://techhub.social/tags/kDrama" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#kDrama</a> Dali and the Cocky Prince (2021 - Viki, 16 1:05 eps)A rom-com mystery where a well-educated art curator from a wealthy, historic family meets an uneducated, self-made businessman. It has its share of common tropes. Park Gyu Young is a fabulous actress. The unusual styling is perfect for their characters, their chemistry is amazing & Kim Min Jae is definitely a lead.As the relationship develops, we see them learning from each other. There are a few times when the ML is verbally abusive to the FL because of misunderstandings, his immaturity & the way he grew up. Other than that, I enjoyed all the characters & their stories. The mystery was also engaging with some suspense.
