Feierabend.</p><p>Frühmorgens, hab ich beim Aufsetzen der Kartoffeln nicht bedacht, dass ich nicht ein Produktionsteam hab, das mir nebenher noch aufräumt und putzt...</p><p>4kg Gnocchi, 1.5kg Pommes Duchesse und Kartoffelbrot hab ich gemacht.</p><p>Mit der Spritztülle und beim Brot fehlt mir die Übung. Frische Zubereitung bedeutet nur ein Bearbeitungsvorgang, während <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/ConvenienceFood" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ConvenienceFood</span></a> mehrfach bearbeitet werden muss (verschiedene Verarbeitungsstufen, Verpackungsmüll, Industriereinigung der Maschinenparks etc.). <br>Loide, kochen macht Spaß und ist eine sehr sinnliche Erfahrung!</p>

Es gibt also möglicherweise noch andere Gründe als nur die Ernährung.<br>Auf jeden Fall aber ein guter Tipp - werde ich mir anschauen!</p>
