TSMC and Intel are building fabs in the US and it won't take 20 years. It is more like 2 to 5 years, but we also need more college grads to get the skills required to operate these fabs to achieve true independence. Fran 🇦🇷Today I'm going down the rabbit hole of DS18B20 chip fakes 🤨.A quick test of a batch of fakes I bought here in Argentina (because those seem to be the only ones you can buy on the local market) revealed that they measure about -2 C with respect to a real Maxim DS18B20.
