Daniel Düsentrieb<p>I'm so hyped for the fourth part of Adrian Tchaikovskys "Time" series, 'Children of Strife'. I'm currently on a re-listening of the audiobooks with the equally phenomenal speaker Mel Hudson. </p><p>As each book of the series was increasingly mind bending, I don't know what to expect from the next.</p><p><a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/books" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>books</span></a> <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/Tchaikovsky" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Tchaikovsky</span></a> <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/scienceFiction" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>scienceFiction</span></a> <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/scifi" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>scifi</span></a> <a href="https://social.linux.pizza/tags/childrenOfTime" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>childrenOfTime</span></a></p>
BookHoarder<p>Just finished <a href="https://bookstodon.com/tags/childrenofmemory" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>childrenofmemory</span></a>, the third book in the <a href="https://bookstodon.com/tags/childrenoftime" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>childrenoftime</span></a> series.</p><p>The books in the series are all different in their own way, yet connected in theme and world. And while I really liked the first two, this one just clicked way more for me, probably as it centered on a more emotional, human story. The end was a proper rollercoaster for me, and while the resolution was entirely expected, there were enough layers which just hit in the right way for me.<br><a href="https://bookstodon.com/tags/books" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>books</span></a></p>
