It really is just one big grift, isn't it? Nominally, "non-profits" "run" the school, but in reality, the vast majority of the expenses for the "non-profit" are payments to a for-profit entity that "leases" its employees to the "non-profit" school. But instead of operating as a #PrivateSchool w/ #families paying tuition, St.Isidore applied for status as a #CharterSchool, a type of #PublicSchool that is financed by #taxpayer dollars, but run independently.

Ironically, Erskine College is itself an accreditation factory for charter schools all over South Carolina, including a new one that Moms for Liberty wants to create (can you imagine?).
