QuestWorlds, the revised and renamed RPG formerly known as HeroQuest, is out in PDF at Chaosium.com and DriveThruRPG. I enjoyed HeroQuest quite a bit, for something being touted as a rules light system the new version seems a bit chunky at 340 pages.
No word on when or whether it will see print, but a book that size is likely to be fairly expensive, in contrast to the relatively slim and reasonably priced previous edition. I mean, they're asking $20 just for a PDF.
I was initially keen to get the new edition, but Chaosium has delayed this for so long and made it such an obviously low priority that much of that enthusiasm has faded. Once they resurrected RuneQuest it seemed like they tossed HeroQuest aside.
Ah well, given that Ian Cooper has done the development I expect that it's a solid product. Maybe I'll pick it up one day.
