Patch notes. Time is all 14-beat euclideans. Drone is 4ms Ensemble Oscillator through a Wasp, with LFOs on sweet crunchy spots. @stargirl's #CastorAndPollux <3 on the lead and upper. Lead rhythm hand-played on Euclidean Circles knobs. C&P channels separately enveloped but then mixed and sent together through Ripples band pass tuned to the lead pitch (self-resonating for the whistle at the end), then a fast 4ms DLD channel for crunch.

Wasp ramped to hi-resonance at the end because of course.

Made a sound tonight. Like usual, not a full song, just exploring with a single part.

Last week I swapped out some modules. Previously I had been trying to experiment with external inputs and without a pitch quantizer. For now I've decided to put the quantizer back in and pull the extra inputs and some utilities I wasn't using much. I also added several oscillators, though the sound tonight is all from #Winterbloom #CastorAndPollux (from @stargirl).

Cavalry, although never replacing infantry as the mainstay of the Roman army, could provide useful cover on the flanks of armies, could be used as a shock tactic to cause disruption to enemy infantry formations, and could pursue an enemy during the confusion of retreat. worldhistory.org/Roman_Cavalry/
