Fun updates in my 30s now includes: Insomnia. Yay!
Do people say "swypo", meaning something like a typo, but from swiping on a touchscreen, when the keyboard selects a different word than intended? I think it should be a term.
I did a quick search and it seems like it's an acronym with a completely unrelated and somewhat wild meaning 
I've finally figured out why I'm constantly facing intrusive thoughts from my youth while laying in bed at night.
My mattress is made of memory-foam.

Saturday afternoon I rode Big Bike 
Different shop from the 1 last week. This one was able to accommodate my #bike right away for a motor overhaul + bike spa + drivetrain tuning + battery balancing + cell replacement (1 series was dead). All completed the same day. 
In the evening I went dancing. 
Then I rode home.
Quite tired.
And yet...
It's 2AM and I'm still wide awake. 
That little ball of fluff is a #dog in case it's not obvious. 
Sunday.
It's past 4 AM.
Trying to #sleep.
On Saturday I rode over 15 km on crazy busy city roads. 
Walked to the mall.
Walked around the mall.
Shopped. 
Brought home a big air purifier. 
Cooked and cleaned up. 
Watched a few episodes of Alias. 
Been laying in the dark for hours now...
How am I still wide awake?

Anxiety and depression 
were off the
