Evan DiBiase
After a few months of playing with a diet high in protein (for muscle protein synthesis) and #CaloricRestriction (for fat loss), today marks a return back to #AlternateDayFasting, which I've found works extremely well for me for driving fat loss.

The x-factor in this is whether I can also continue to push muscle growth, or whether the best I can hope for is to just maintain lean body mass while losing fat. My strategy is to shift resistance training and anaerobic cardio to fed days.
