I'm going to use this as a way to follow up caffeine consumption, see if I can find a middle ground.

Yesterdays' coffee made me feel amazing for a bit and I want to leave a log of why and why I shouldn't assume I'm safe to drink caffeine again. Let me focus on facts.

FACTS:
1. I didn't have any in a long time which is probably why 1 odd one felt good.
2. Coffee immediately fixes my low gut motility....which probably getting used to caffeine created on the first place.
3. I wouldn't have any low gut motility problems if I walked 15 steps every day.
4. It's energy for now, exhaustion for later. And on Sertraline, it is slightly boost of energy now, absolutely soul-crushing depression later. The lows are worst.
5. Took you two Zolpidem pills (one at 9pm, one at 1:30am) to fall asleep and yet struggled.
6. It's 10:35 now and it feel as if your circadiam rythm is back to normal, you are doing house chores. Do you want to fuck that now?
7. The "high" you could get from a mug of coffee now is much smaller than the continuous "not being tired" you'll get at 2pm when your first wind start. So why not to just do, as you used to do before the HIV pills swap your winds shift? Mornings for non-brainy stuff (clean, gym), afternoons and evening for brainy stuff instead? Instead of forcing the machine, adapt to its new patterns.
8. Reason number 2 is a strong reason why I fall after many days without any. You always end up constipated and a mug of coffee always immediately fixes it. Prevent constipation and the strongest reason you end up falling, won't exist (
easier said than done though)

Just some thoughts

I have a problem with being sleepy and low energy during therapy, in large part because I just get stoned often before it and 1 PM is late for my morning coffee to still be working. Today I decided to fix this problem by SLAMMING all 200mgs of caffeine in a Celsius while taking my first full route walk in several days.

Schools in Spain will be required to serve fruit, vegetables and fish in the fight against obesity.

All schools in Spain will be legally obliged to serve fruit and vegetables as part of their lunches and fish at least once a week under new rules aimed at reducing the amount of fried and fatty food, and levels of sugar and caffeine in drink served to children.
