Cerca di riconfezionare il Crimine della fame utilizzando un fuorviante quadro cosiddetto “umanitario”, legittimando così falsamente il continuo uso della Fame come Arma di Genocidio.Tutti gli Stati, individualmente e collettivamente, devono assumersi le proprie responsabilità legali e agire con urgenza per porre fine al Genocidio. Ciò include l’adozione di tutte le misure efficaci per proteggere i civili palestinesi e la revoca immediata del blocco illegale sulla Striscia di Gaza, l’unica via percorribile per fermare il peggioramento della crisi umanitaria e garantire l’ingresso senza ostacoli di aiuti salvavita.Ogni ulteriore ritardo nella revoca dell’assedio costituisce una continuazione di gravi violazioni del Diritto Internazionale Umanitario, aggravandone le conseguenze catastrofiche e incontrollabili. Finché la comunità internazionale non costringerà Israele e i suoi alleati più potenti a cambiare rotta, gli oltre due milioni di civili nella Striscia di Gaza saranno tenuti in ostaggio: affamati, assetati e privati delle cure mediche, in palese violazione dei loro diritti fondamentali alla Vita e alla Dignità.La comunità internazionale deve imporre sanzioni economiche, diplomatiche e militari a Israele e ai suoi più stretti alleati per le suddette sistematiche e gravi violazioni del Diritto Internazionale. Queste sanzioni includono un embargo totale sulle armi, incluso il divieto di esportazione, di beni a duplice uso e di cooperazione militare; la sospensione di ogni forma di sostegno politico, finanziario e militare; il congelamento dei beni dei funzionari israeliani implicati in Crimini contro i palestinesi; l’imposizione di divieti di viaggio a tutti i responsabili; e la sospensione dei privilegi commerciali e degli accordi bilaterali che forniscono a Israele vantaggi economici che ne consentono la prosecuzione dei Crimini.Inoltre, la Corte Penale Internazionale deve accelerare le sue indagini ed emettere mandati di arresto per ogni funzionario israeliano coinvolto in Crimini internazionali commessi nella Striscia di Gaza.
