Most that worked in <a href="https://mstdn.ca/tags/change" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>change</span></a> are specialists in <a href="https://mstdn.ca/tags/HR" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>HR</span></a> and <a href="https://mstdn.ca/tags/communications" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>communications</span></a>. </p><p>But 15 years after starting my <a href="https://mstdn.ca/tags/lean" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>lean</span></a> journey, I had realized I didn't have the mindset to bring people on changes with me. 🧠</p><p>1/</p>
