Tackled what turned out to be a really really tough climb today on the local #BoulderCO trails today. I don't often take pictures of the bike leaning against stuff (BLAS), but having made it up grades as steep as 18%, I figured a little celebration was in order.

Not sure if this will reach anyone, but Monarch High School in Boulder Valley School District (CO) is looking to hire another special education teacher for their Intensive Learning Center (ILC). I have worked with them off and on the last seven months as a substitute. It is a great program with lots of unified classes. In our increasingly dry environment here out west, fireworks are a risk we can't afford anymore. Boulder already had at least 1 confirmed fire started by fireworks, and 2 more on the 4th with unconfirmed sources.
