This Is My Glasgow<p>Gradually the new decorations on the 1902 lamp base outside the Botanic Gardens in Glasgow are taking shape. I like the newly added gold details. I'll post more as more is added. This Is My Glasgow<p>The remains of one of the platforms of Kirklee Station hidden away amongst the trees in the Botanic Gardens in the West End of Glasgow. The station opened in 1896, and temporatily closed in 1917. It re-opened in 1919 and then closed permanently in 1939.
