Shantell Powell<p>I’ve been listening to an audiobook of The Book of Enoch. I grew up in an apocalyptic cult, and I am so miffed that this book was removed from the Bible. This is some amazing shit! I’d have loved reading this as a kid. It sure beats the begat section. I wonder why it became apocryphal? The further adventures of Noah and all those wacky angel shenanigans a#make for wild tales. <a href="https://c.im/tags/folklore" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>folklore</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/mythology" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>mythology</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/apocrypha" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>apocrypha</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/angels" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>angels</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/BookOfEnoch" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BookOfEnoch</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/Bible" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Bible</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/BibleStories" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BibleStories</span></a></p>
