Also, pay attention to the structure of the tasks on your list. Some of them might merit pre-structuring. Some ways of structuring tasks work better than others. This might not carry over to autism in a neat way, but for ADHD, I like to isolate everything that requires executive function, and divide the rest into small, atomic, hard-to-distract-from items thatI can individually check off so I don't have to go back to them. Some trial and error would probably be a good idea.

-Your purpose in life is not to please others
-It's okay to unfollow accounts that make you feel bad about yourself
-Be gentle and kind to yourself
-If you need to cry, embrace it
-You don't have to be so hard on yourself
-Being busy 24/7 is not a flex. It is not a badge of honor

It's ok to do next to nothing for Christmas. It's ok just to watch some trash TV or sit in the bathtub or order pizza. (Or all of the above!)

You can make it a nice day for you. There aren't enough nice days just for you anyway.

Just because folks around you want to make a big deal of the day, doesn't mean you have to as well. You can make it a little deal and just let them enjoy it in their own way too.
