This is going to a tough choice. Our MP Randal Garrison is retired. He helped us with some immigration issues a while back and went above and beyond. He will be missed.
Now we have a tight race. I like the Sooke mayor for NDP but it feels like she does not have the momentum. The Liberal seems like a standup person too, a labor lawyer. The questions is which one will keep the seat from flipping blue??

Surprising, but also not surprising, statement.

What happens when that capacity is increased? Can the highway infrastructure on the Island especially deal with 15-50% more traffic coming from the ferries?
Or should we maybe be investing in connections to other forms of transportation? ie. RAIL
