@sahinmari Hallo Mari , weil mich das Verblühen von #amaryllis' ebenfalls sehr beeindruckt, habe ich mal einen Dreiteiler dazu #gemalt. Die #gemaelde tragen den Titel #vergaenglichkeit . Vielleicht gefällt's Dir auch - Dein #foto finde ich auf jeden Fall sehr gelungen!

Dargestellt ist in drei Gemälden untereinander das langsame Verblühen einer Amaryllis. Die Blüte ist aus sehr geringer Entfernung vergrößert und recht detailfreudig gemalt.

Wir kultivieren die Amaryllanten ganz normal in Töpfen mit etwas durchlässiger Erde.
Beim Austrieb und so lange sie Blätter haben, werden sie gegossen und gedüngt wie andere Pflanzen auch.
Dadurch blühen sie zwar zu anderen Zeit, jedoch überaus üppig und vermehren sich aber auch wunderbar durch immer weitere Knollen.

Eine komplette Amaryllis-Pflanze im Topf mit vier großen Blüten an einem langen Blütenstiel, die in vier verschiedene Richtungen zeigen.
Die Blüten sind gefüllt mit mehreren Lagen breiten, zum Ende spitzer werdenden Blütenblättern, die weiß sind mit kräftig roten Streifen rechts und links. Die roten Streifen sehen aus wie mit einem breiten Pinsel gemalt, der zwischendurch etwas Farbe nicht aufgetragen hat. Aus der Blütenmitte ragen die langen Staubfäden heraus. Sie wirken wie aufgepufft.
Im unteren Bereich der Pflanze sind die kräftig grünen, sehr langen Blätter der Pflanze zu sehen, die zum Teil auftrecht empor ragen, zum Teil schon nach unten gebogen sind.

Unsere Amaryllissen (Amaryllen ?) fangen wieder an zu blühen.
Am Wochenende hat die gefüllt blühende damit begonnen, bei den anderen sind bereits Knospen zu sehen.

Hach, meine "Biotonnen-Schönheit" blüht!
Sie hat den Namen bekommen, weil ich sie letztes Jahr im Februar in unserer Biotonne fand. Ohne Topf, mit verblühter Blüte, neuem Knospen- und Blätteransatz.
Ich nahm sie mit nach Hause, topfte sie ein und sie blühte nach einiger Zeit zum 2.Mal.
Und dieses Jahr erfreut sie mich wieder!

I have been trying to encourage an #amaryllis to #flower for years, following all the advice about intermittently putting it into a dark space etc. What really did the trick for me was to permanently put it into the brightest spot possible (no direct sunlight) and stop forcing it to flower in the European winter. It has finally adjusted to the new rhythm, it seems, as it has developed three beautiful red buds that sprang open only this weekend. #plantlovers #greenthumbs

On a stark white background, a single stem of the plant. Two unopened buds are visible in the BG. In the foregoud, a newly opened flower, with three petals sticking straight out in a trinagle, and three other recurved away from us. Each petal is white with prominent central red striping from medial to distal end.

The photo is a close-up of a white Amaryllis flower. At the top left is the large, open calyx of the flower with the stamens and yellow anthers. The inside of the calyx is green. The flower takes up most of the photo and is facing top left. You are looking into it. At the bottom right is a piece of the thick green stem.

Another close up of the Amaryllis but now from the side. Although you can still look a little inside the flower. On the right the stem with two large buds on it. The flower itself is directed to the top left. You can now see the side of the white flower with green at the bottom near the calyx.

The flowers are perhaps fully open now, and the nearer one is sunlit on the side facing us.

The colours are intense, and the stamens are spectacular.

The nearer flower, with hand for scale: it's a little wider than I can stretch my thumb and forefinger.

Once this lily gets going, it REALLY gets going. #amaryllis

6th of March: the new bud has emerged. Reddish-green, pointy. The bud is maybe 3 inches long, and the stem it's in is about a third of that. There are 3 small leaves to its left, a little shorter than the bud.

12th of March: the stem is already now 3 or 4 times as long as the bud. The new leaves are about half the length of the stem.

15th of March: the plant has reached all the way to the top of the window pane now, at least 20 inches including the bud (51cm).

20th of March: the bud has reached the far side of the window frame (another 3 inches or so) and just started to open.
