This young guy lost his father, his stepmom, and his five year-old sister in that horrific Vancouver attack at the LapuLapu festival. And he is donating half of the $542K that has been donated to him to the other victims.

What an outstanding show of empathy and maturity. This is what community means.

Polite people should help cats if they cannot ask to be let in themselves for technical reasons.

My local pharmacist explained that due to a shortage of the drug on my prescription she didn't have any.She suggested I ring around the other pharmacies in town to see if they had any.
I must have looked dismayed as she then rang her manager and they are ordering my medication at 4 times the amount they can claim from the NHS.
Post breast cancer treatment patients are prescribed this daily for five years.
I am grateful for the #kindness this professional showed me .

Yesterday in Bristol we were driving up a steep narrow road . In front of us were two cyclists and a guy on a hire scooter. The hill was a bit much for the scooter so one of the cyclists helped him up the hill with a gentle hand on his back. It must of been hard work for the cyclist.

Con didn't order enough shirts for everybody. In what might be the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me, my friend widdershins literally took apart a smaller shirt and _made_ me an on-shift shirt. 1 of 1 original. Best goon shirt i own.

A quick shout out to the Good People of Wales who stopped to help and check we were ok, and to our local garage owner who came out to "rescue" us yesterday when we suffered a puncture, a jammed wheel nut and a broken wheel brace on a country road yesterday.

Did a good deed this morning.
Saw a guy pushing his bike, so checked in with him. He'd broken his chain.
Fortunately I had a couple of spare quicklinks and all the tools needed, so had him back up and running in 5 minutes.
Turns out he worked for #McVities making chocolate digestives, so he definitely counts as an essential worker.
