Sozialministerium BW📈 Die Zahl der Drogentoten in Baden-Württemberg ist 2024 massiv angestiegen. Grund dafür ist vor allem der zunehmende, hoch riskante Mischkonsum. In Stuttgart haben der Caritasverband und der Verein Release gestern den dritten Drogenkonsumraum im Land eröffnet. 💉 Im „Kombo“ in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Leonhardskirche in der Innenstadt können Drogenabhängige in einer geschützten, hygienischen Umgebung mitgebrachte Substanzen konsumieren. Ziel des Angebots ist es, HIV-Übertragungen und Todesfälle durch Überdosierungen zu vermeiden.👉 Im „Kombo“ gibt es vier Konsumplätze, einer davon ist ein Rauchplatz. Konsumentinnen und Konsumenten bekommen dort hygienische Konsumutensilien wie Einmalspritzen, Kanülen, Tupfer, Ascorbinsäure und Injektionszubehör. Geschulte Mitarbeitende sorgen für die Sicherheit im Raum und können in medizinischen Notfällen schnell einschreiten. Der Raum hat ab 2. Juni täglich von 9.30 Uhr bis 17 Uhr geöffnet. 🗨️ Minister Manne Lucha sagte dazu: „Drogenkonsumräume gehören zu einer verantwortungsvollen und menschlichen Drogenpolitik. Sie ergänzen das niedrigschwellige Hilfesystem.
