@gumnos @gyptazy Not feasible to do this in the #APNIC region. Membership, before resources, is like $1000USD P/A. While I'd like to own my stack from the address space up, it just isn't viable for most. I do run my own Stratum 1 time server and the rest of the hosting is on hardware I control.
