But loopholes still threaten <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/FundamentalRights" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>FundamentalRights</span></a>.</p><p>The <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/AIActCivilSociety" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>AIActCivilSociety</span></a> and the <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/ProtectNotSurveil" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ProtectNotSurveil</span></a> coalitions demand guidelines that ban <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/SocialScoring" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>SocialScoring</span></a>, <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/BiometricSurveillance" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>BiometricSurveillance</span></a>, and other harmful practices.
