To be capable of socially acceptable #SmallTalk is of course also a nice #Ability to have. But dealing with an actual #Emergency is IMHO more #Important than asking a #Stranger how they feel today…

Gestern hatte ich bereits berichtet, dass ich in England einen völlig anderen Umgang mit Behinderung erlebt habe, als in Deutschland.
Damit will ich nicht behaupten, dass in London alles hunkydory ist, aber besser als in Düsseldorf.
Hier ein Spielplatz im Ravenscourt Park/Hammersmith mit einer "Fähigkeitsschaukel" (ability swing).
Also nicht einer "Behindertenschaukel".
Eine so viel bessere Einstellung, wie ich finde.
