#Musk buying #Twitter is exactly why it's so important that technologies like #Mastodon exist. Free speech should not be handled by a single billionaire, it should be handled by hundreds of different instances, all with their own definition of free speech (along with the option for anyone to spin up their own instance with their own interpretations).
It's very frustrating that people like Elon Musk and companies like Twitter get so much of the dialog, when amazing decentralized technologies like Mastodon and PeerTube exist. We will continue doing our part every day at tilvids.com to bring awareness to these amazing technologies.

@tilvids Agreed. I deactivated my Twitter account right after news of Musk buying Twitter. Tired of the billionaires buying things just for their own selfish and vain reasons.
