The problem with the global village is all the global village idiots.

@spaf Village idiots used to be constrained to their individual villages, greatly limiting their ability to cause trouble because there were usually only one or two per village. The real problem of the global village is, it gave them strength of numbers.
@spaf one of my father's favorite sayings during Bush II's presidency was: "Some village in Texas is missing it's idiot!"
@spaf As if there are fewer idiots than others?
