I hate all the goddamn web services which think they're clever when they serve content in language based on my location.

RFC 7231 section 5.3.5 states "The "Accept-Language" header field can be used by user agents to indicate the set of natural languages that are preferred in the response"

My browser never requested you to serve me content in Polish. Let's pretend I don't understand Polish, especially when I spent the last hour exclusively reading and writing in English.

And Google, one of the major contributors to HTTP+HTML stack, is also one of the services to do this. They don't know the basics of a standard so fundamental to their existence.
