so i just had the weirdest episode (idk what to call it) but i got scared and i like froze because i was thinking so fast and so much that I wasn’t moving and my arms and legs were twitching? My friend kept trying to talk to me and i couldn’t answer or i would just answer non verbally.
Has anyone had a similar experience and KNOW wtf just happened to me
