During the development of LeafOS 2.5, Allen Nook, the CEO of Nook Technologies at the time, started envisioning a four-square plan for LeafOS 3 (the four squares representing the four editions: Personal, Business, Workstation, and Server). However, by October 2005, the Workstation and Server editions were scrapped to meet the May 2006 deadline.
Don't use Windows 10 - It's a privacy nightmare
Microsoft introduced a lot of new features in Windows 10 such as Cortana. However, most of them are violating your privacy.
I'm going to backpedal on this. Maybe not *every* single icon, but most of them will be changed. I doubt that the majority of people use OpenOffice in the current year.
I'm working on an icon pack to match the overall #LeafOS desktop theme. This is a bit ambitious for me because I plan to change every single icon, and elementary OS's base set has quite the library of icons.
Every copy of Mastodon is personalized. Eugen's experimental AI adapts and subtly creates an altered version of the software tailored specifically for you, appealing to you in ways you don't even notice. This is much more than just simple experimentation with programming, however. There are many layers to this, and some are more sinister than others. Mastodon is, at its core, an insidious work of human creation.
A Pixelfed poster that I designed is now available in the mstdn.store. The store is run by me and @stux, who owns mstdn.social. About a third of every purchase goes toward supporting us and paying for the mstdn.social server. https://mstdn.store/product/pixelfed-poster-photo-paper
