We are sad to lose Gerry Hebert, a friend and passionate champion of voting rights. We will dearly miss his commitment to ensuring the humane and constitutional right to a fair vote for all.
Gerry was one of the first redistricting attorneys that some long-time NCEC staff ever worked with. He always had a great story to tell and was passionate in his work.
