To Clarify: Canadians are NOT showing up in snowbird US locations and of those who do come.....

I'm in Florida and I've seen very few Canada plates this winter. Usually they're all over.
@Puck @kevinrns I live in small town (<400) Canada and personally know of 3 snowbirds, from town, have their Florida (2) & Arizona (1) properties up for sale. They are in the process of buying 3 Mexican properties. I'm not sure of the other snowbirds in town but there do seem to be more seniors playing cards on Wednesdays.
@kevinrns too bad for the $775 million Arizona may lose out on from Canadian snowbirds. So many permanent RV communities where there has been premium lot rent paid to keep year round luxury RV’s will suddenly have a hard time staying at capacity. Huge hits to communities like Apache Junction, Casa Grande and Yuma will miss that restaurant revenue. Oh, and I’d guess there will be a huge market to sell secondhand RV’s with few buyers. Oh well.
@kevinrns it's getting rather difficult to sell in Palm Springs. The market is flooded.
