@feditips I find it difficult to set up and adjust the layout of Mastodon on web (Chrome). Is there an instruction page for that somewhere?
What kind of layout adjustments do you mean?
@feditips Currently there are four panels. If I unpin a panel, it disappears, then I don't know how to get it back.

What kind of panel were you trying to get back?
Some of the panels can be made to appear again by clicking the icons on the left of the screen, while other panels (the ones that are hashtag searches) need you to search for the term.
There's no way to automatically bring back an unpinned post, you have to manually bring it back and pin it again.
@feditips The one on the right is Explore / Hashtags / People / News. How do I get that one back when it disappears?
Click the ☰ icon on the left of the screen to make the "getting started" panel appear on the right.
