You have to decide between an official driver pack, where OpenCL apps just crash or ROCm, where OpenCL is slower than software-CL and uhm broken anyways.

I love AMD for everything on linux. yet, if you need any kind of OpenCL (for Blender or whatever) go for NVIDIA or Windows.
