Not true. Useful idiot Jeffrey Sachs has such bad views on Ukraine that his reputation has been irreparably damaged. This trope, about Ukraine being told/forced to abandon earlier peace talks, is misinformation. The talks amounted to capitulation and Ukraine smartly declined. Thx
